Artist Profile

Takayuki.o creates digital collages by extracting figurative elements from the real world and layering traces produced by the transformation of time and memory.

His works intentionally avoid fixed meanings and perspectives, forming a structure in which a fictional space emerges through the collision of fragments.

He is also a licensed First-Class Architect (Japan) and has long worked in architectural design; grounded in this architectural way of thinking, he incorporates the relationship between spatial structure and perception into his practice.

Takayuki.oは、現実世界の具象を断片として抽出し、時間や記憶の変質によって生じる痕跡を重ね合わせるデジタルコラージュを制作している。その作品は、明確な意味や固定された視点を意図的に排し、断片同士の衝突によって虚構の空間が立ち上がる構造を形作る。また、長年一級建築士として建築設計の業務に携わり、その建築的思考を背景に、空間構造と知覚の関係性を作品制作に取り入れている。
